The perks and benefits that TravelMedUSA offers are a combination of best practices and case by case basis. When we say "we can help with relocation" there are obviously limitations to what a company can help with. We will do the absolute best we can to get you the highest pay possible. DO I GET A SIGN ON BONUS?
Sign on bonuses are available but vary from job to job. If a particular job is posted at a lower rate or in a high cost housing area, we find that resources can be better applied to helping a traveler more specifically than a sign on bonus can offer.
DO YOU OFFER A 401K?
Not at this time. The best alternative is that we refer people to getting a rollover IRA which serves the same tax benefit and you as the employee can carry with you to whichever company you work for at any time.
CAN YOU HELP SHIP MY CAR?
Yes, but typically this detail is after we have already arranged a contract.
In the past, we manage add on requests such as this on a case by case basis
HOW DO YOU HANDLE HOUSING?
We narrow our focus to searching for housing using these methods as options. Searching Furnished apartments, extended stays and vacation rentals. As a worst case scenario, we have rented furniture and delivered to an unfurnished apartment that accommodates a short term lease.
DO YOU OFFER EXTENSION BONUSES?
Yes, a typical extension bonus is 500 dollars
DO YOU OFFER INSURANCE?
Yes, we offer insurance to our full time contracted employees that work 32 or more hours per week.
DO YOU PAY FOR ORIENTATION?
On-Site Facility orientations are treated as regular, payable hours. At home computer modules are compensated at a discounted rate, or, a set amount. A typical reimbursement for at home computer modules is 18-20 / hr.
