As a Credentialing specialist, I promise that I am not trying to steal your information.

Why do I need it?

Hospitals request your social security card and drivers license to make sure you are not already an employee of the Hospital Chain. In addition, we are required to confirm that you have not worked for the specific chain where you would like to be submitted to within the past year.

We completely understand how difficult it is to give information to a company you just met; however, as a Joint Commission Certified company, we have policies in place to make sure your documents are treated with the care you would hope for. Most documents are on a need to view basis so even within our company, only specific users needing to see your information are allowed to access your information.
